Are you a factory or a trading company? A: We are A manufacturer integrating design, manufacture, sales and export Where is your factory? A: Our factory is located in Chaozhou, China, and our office and showroom are in Changsha, China. If you need, we can pick you up from the airport, hotel to visit the factory and exhibition hall. Could you give me a sample before placing an order? Yes, we can provide samples for material and quality inspection, freight collect. ● Can you customize the logo or design? Yes, logos usually require 200 for each size in several projects, with a minimum order of 1000 + for new shapes. How long is your production time? Usually 30 days after deposit if stock is not available. If available, it can be delivered within 7 days. And please note that the delivery time will be extended during the peak selling season and the Spring Festival. What kind of payment terms do you accept? We accept 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery. 50% deposit is required for custom logo or design. What kind of material are your products made of?
